Who can register and login?

Only active KWA employees with the following designations in eAbacus can register and sign in:

• AE — Assistant Engineer
• AEE — Assistant Executive Engineer

Administrators (configured by emp code) can also sign in. Consumers do not register here — use Know Your Interruption to check supply status.

Your employee details

• Employee Code

  Use your PF No. (Provident Fund number) as the employee code.

• Mobile Number

  Use the same 10-digit mobile number registered in eAbacus (and related KWA systems) against your employee record.

If your mobile number in eAbacus is outdated, update it there first. OTP and password reset are sent only to that number.

How to register

1. Open Register.
2. Enter your name, PF No. as employee code, mobile number (as in eAbacus), and a new password.
3. Request an OTP — it is sent by SMS to your eAbacus mobile number.
4. Enter the OTP to complete registration.
5. Sign in with your employee code (PF No.) and password.

How to login

1. Open Staff Sign In.
2. Enter your employee code (PF No.) and password.
3. If you forgot your password, use Forgot password — an OTP is sent to your eAbacus mobile number.
